FAQs

Shipping

What carrier(s) do you use?

We use the full power and capacity of Amazons' fulfillment services!

Typically called Amazon FBA, fulfillment by Amazon is a service that packages and ships OUR products from an Amazon warehouse directly to you. Amazon FBA primarily uses UPS as it's main carrier. However they may use other carriers such as FedEx, USPS, etc. based upon varying factors such as:

  • Shipping method (Standard, Expedited or Priority)
  • Shipping address
  • Total order weight

Since Amazon controls the entire fulfillment and shipping process we do not know which carrier they may use to ship your product.

What are your shipping options?

Orders placed within the continental United States received FREE ground shipping. Typically the delivery time varies between 5-8 business days.

We also provide the following shipping options:

  • Expedited Shipping (2 business days)
  • Priority Shipping (next business day)

How soon will my order ship?

Most orders will be shipped the same day (on business days)!

When you place an order with us it is automatically sent to Amazon's FBA service to be processed and shipped. Based upon the time they received the order, the shipping address, shipping method and total shipping weight Amazon FBA will determine which carrier they will use and when the order will be shipped.

SteadyWheel

Will the SteadyWheel work with DSLR camera's?

Yes! The SteadyWheel will work with any camera that has a built-in 1/4"-20 tripod mount and can physically fit into the SteadyWheel. However, the larger and heavier the camera, the less improvement you will notice in your video compared to something like the GoPro or iPhone which are very light cameras. We use the SteadyWheel with our Canon Rebel 3 and compared to using our hands, the SteadyWheel offers improved stability and much better shot control.

Is the SteadyWheel strong enough to use with DSLR camera's?

Yes, absolutely! The SteadyWheel's construction is very serious. It is designed to be used by skateboarders, snowboarders and alike. Unfortunately your camera will be in pieces, long before the SteadyWheel will even break a sweat.

Can I mount my camera directly to the SteadyWheel or do I need to purchase additional mounts?

Yes, you can mount your camera directly to the SteadyWheel!  The SteadyWheel comes with a built-in standard 1/4"-20 tripod mount.  This means it will work with any camera with a built-in 1/4"-20 tripod mount.  So you will not need any additional mounts to use your camera as long as your camera can mount to a standard tripod.  Virtually all point-and-shoot DSLR camera's have a provision for a tripod mount. Please check by examining your camera to ensure it has a tripod mount.

How much does the SteadyWheel weigh?

The SteadyWheel weighs approximately 1.6 lbs or 725 grams.

flex shot

Does the flex shot work on DSLR camera's with a detachable lens?

Yes! The weight and length of your lens all play into whether or not the flex shot is suitable for your particular application. We have used a Rebel T3I, 60D, GH3 and 5D with prime lenses and zoom lens. However, if the lens is too long then it will throw off the flex shots shifting center of gravity.

How do I get different mount adapters for phones and tablets that work with the flex shot?

Any adapter that uses a 1/4"-20 screw mount can be used with the flex shot. There are a handful of adapters for phones and tablets that can be found on Amazon and other sites.

What is the weight capacity for the flex shot?

The performance of the flex shot is a function of weight and length of either your lens, tablet or holding assembly that you may have on flex shot. It's difficult to zero in on a precise weight. The best reference to determine whether or not the flex shot is a good fit for your is to review our videos, photographs and reviewers photos and videos.
